Designer's notes
Zoned with an acoustic gradient: active social café and town hall at the entrance, transitioning to dynamic team neighbourhoods, and concluding with quiet focus pods and private executive chambers.
Natural daylight is preserved across 92% of regular work desks by situating enclosed boardrooms along the core, enclosed in double-glazed acoustic glass walls.
